This is strange. An alien caught on camera when they though an animal causing the garbage bags to rise and fall.
Advanced beings, investigating our garbage. That is a method used by the CIA so...why not? You can learn a lot about a person by their garbage. Also the fact that the person waited 3 months to report this also causes me to believe it's real, because they were scared and reporting it may get them in trouble with the US government. I tried, but could not find any evidence of this photo being a fake. Tell me your thoughts on it.

Eyewitness states:
This photo was taken of the trash pile because there was movement of the bags without cause, I thought it was an animal, raccoon or possum, but it was interesting because the bags moved vertical about 3-4 feet a few times. After the picture was snapped we noticed the figure in the picture. IT WAS NOT VISIBLE to the naked eye! No one slept that night out of pure fear!
